For $1,500 annually or $400 quarterly, young adults aged 18-29 can access unlimited primary care visits, weight management support, and guaranteed appointments.* This plan is ideal for college and graduate students with chronic conditions or prescription needs, ensuring they have a dedicated healthcare provider to support their well-being.

* Starting January 1st, 2026, membership will increase to $1,600 anually or $450 quarterly.
