For $550 a month, both members receive unlimited primary care visits, weight management support, and guaranteed appointments within 2-3 business days.* A one-time registration fee of $550 applies. For families with three or more adult members, each additional member is billed at the discounted Gold rate of $250 per month.

* Starting January 1st, 2026, membership will increase to $580 monthly.
